God cares about our hearts. Sin brings sadness, but God continues His plan to rescue people and offers mercy even when we fail.

Sin entered the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed, but God promised to send Someone who would defeat evil and rescue His people.

God made people with love and purpose, giving them a beautiful home, good work to do, and a close relationship with Him and with each other.

God made everything on purpose and called it good. He is powerful, wise, and loving, and He made people in His image.

God’s power and Spirit continue to work through His people, even when His servants change.

God is the only one we should trust and pray to—He is stronger than any false god or king.

God's truth always comes true, so we must listen to Him, even if it's hard.

God is the true God who rules everywhere and gives victory by His power, not ours.

God is near to weary hearts—He often speaks quietly, but His words give strength and hope.

God sees when people do wrong, and He cares deeply about justice and fairness.

Today we’re going to hear an amazing story from the life of Elijah the prophet and King Ahab
